Title III PRC 104 and/or PRC 111 Application - Part of the CCIPTitle III at NCDPI joined, in the 2016-2017 school year, the Comprehensive Continuous Improvement Plan (CCIP), which is a web-based grants management system. This move allowed for a more streamlined application process.
For the English Learner Component found in the Plan Overview section, we want to reinforce that only 1 of the 10 must be checked to be compliant for the English Learner Component.

New Cross-Program Consolidated Monitoring Process 2017-2018

A new four-year cycle of Cross-Program Consolidated Monitoring will begin this fall. Beginning with the 2017-18 school year, Title III, Part A will be included in the revised monitoring process. In an effort to continually improve our mutual work, the Cross-Program team will utilize a combination of desk reviews and on-site visits for each monitoring review. All LEAs and charter schools listed on the schedule (provided on the next page) will be notified and contacted by program staff at least 30 days prior to the monitoring date.

2. NCDPI will review the job descriptions and craft guidance based on trends found among the job descriptions.

3. NCDPI will release the technical assistance by posting the information on the ESL Wiki.

The turnaround time is short, but time involved in submission should be minimal since no changes are needed to the documents for submission.
